In this presentation, the presenter will pose the question to the audience have they considered all the tools and resources to lower the risks of boarding and managing an unruly passenger inflight. The presenter will review the current situation of the increasing number of unruly passengers and exam contributing factors such as alcohol vs medical conditions. The presenter will provide the audience with recommendations to consider for airline employee training to include medical considerations. Lastly, the presenter will discuss management recommendations regarding limiting liability associated with dinning transportation to a person who appears intoxicated but is really suffering from a medical condition.
