Our mission is to gather Heads of Training and Subject Matter Experts in a collaborative space. We aim to facilitate insightful discussions, share best practices, and inspire innovation in aviation training. Our goal is to empower training leaders with the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to elevate the standards of training excellence. Together, we shape the future of aviation education, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continual advancement in the training landscape.
The WATS 2024 Heads of Training meeting will take the form of roundtable discussions, led by industry SMEs to allow for lively and candid conversation. There will be three round table discussions, each thirty minutes in length. The moderators will remain at their designated tables, and the attendees are requested to visit three different tables during the meeting.

From individualized training programs, improving pilot performance, and enhancing safety through personalized learning and predictive modeling strategies. - Training Infrastructure
Looking at whether the current training infrastructure is adequate, including facilities, aircraft, training devices, and advanced technology, which are essential for providing comprehensive aviation training.
