Pilot Heads of Training Meeting

As an established part of WATS, the 2025 Heads of Training (HoT) roundtable workshop provides an opportunity for Heads of Training to discuss current topics of concern, including regulatory issues, Comptency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), artificial intelligence, and big data.

The meeting is a closed-door, invitation-only gathering for pilot Heads of Training from airlines, Approved Training Organizations (ATOs) and academies.
