Pan Am Flight Academy offers type rating training, ATP-CTP, and multi-crew cooperation courses using a variety of Boeing and Airbus full-flight simulators. The Academy’s story began in the early 1960s as part of Pan American World Airways or Pan Am. In 1980, Pan Am opened its own pilot training facility in Miami, Florida, which remains its base of operations today.
