The 27th World Aviation Training Summit (WATS) will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA  with pre-function activity on Monday 7 April, and conference and trade show taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8-10 April.

Goben Convention Services has been appointed as the official contractor for exhibition services, like shell scheme, graphics, carpet, furnishings, extra power drops and internet etc.

Your exhibit lead will receive an email from Goben Convention Services that includes your personalized show code. All information within the email will allow you to retrieve show documents, order online, and submit changes to your order.

Power Order Form

A special reduced rate is available for power orders. In order to receive the discount please download and complete the form HERE with your requirements and email back to RSCExhibits@encoreglobal.com

We have negotiated an exclusive rate at the Rosen Shingle Creek, so click on the button below to book your hotel room.

Rosen Shingle Creek requires that all reservations be secured with a deposit of one night’s stay. The Hotel will process the payment for each reservation at time of booking. In the event a credit card number is invalid or declines, the hotel will contact the guest directly to secure the deposit. Should an alternate form of payment not be made within 48 hours of guest’s notification, the hotel will cancel the reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night’s stay.

Parking

Standard Parking Rates

• Valet Parking is $45.00 + 6.5% tax per day, for day and overnight guests
• Self-Parking is $16.00 + 6.5% tax per day, for day and overnight guests
• Oversized Vehicles (3 axles or more, such as an RV, Semi-Tractor Trailer) – Self-Parking is $60.00 + 6.5% tax per day, for day and overnight guests

Guest Parking Registration / Charging Procedures

Self-Parking

• Overnight Guest – Front Desk will add parking to the guest room folio (overnight guests will enter and exit the lot using their room key).
• Day Guest Only – guests will select the Event (WATS) they are with and will pay via credit card upon entering.
