The 27th World Aviation Training Summit (WATS) will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA with pre-function activity on Monday 7th April, and conference and trade show taking place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8-10 April.

WATS 2025 will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, Florida, located on Universal Boulevard and just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport. All of Orlando’s best attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues are within a short distance of the hotel.

Rosen Shingle Creek requires that all reservations be secured with a deposit of one night’s stay. The Hotel will process the payment for each reservation at time of booking. In the event a credit card number is invalid or declines, the hotel will contact the guest directly to secure the deposit. Should an alternate form of payment not be made within 48 hours of guest’s notification, the hotel will cancel the reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit of one night’s stay.
