Cabin Crew Training Leaders / Heads of Training Meeting

Cabin Crew Training Manager, Chief Cabin Instructor, Manager Cabin Crew – the titles may vary, but our task is the same, to train our Cabin Crew to the highest level possible.

The WATS 2025 Cabin Crew Training Leaders / Heads of Training meeting will take place on Monday 7th April, 1600-1800 at the Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, Florida.

This session will provide you with a unique opportunity to meet and connect with other aviation professionals from across the globe to discuss issues and challenges common to all of you and share best practices.

Meeting moderators will guide you through the discussions. Below are some suggested topics. In the form below please select those that interest you the most or provide your own suggestions in the blank space provided.

  • Training for emergency situations: Crowd control during evacuations.
  • Training for emergency situations: Lithium-ion battery fires – awareness, preventative measures, firefighting techniques.
  • Instructor recruiting, training, retention and standardization/calibration.
  • Engaging and motivating trainees while accounting for generational (from Boomers to Gen Z) and individual differences.
