Reaction Simulation builds tools to reduce training footprints and improve outcomes.
Pilots are better prepared and need fewer instructor-led sessions. That’s because all training is self-guided, with Learn, Practice, and Test modes. They hear the sounds, see the sights, then respond with the right decisions and actions.
- Learn mode: procedures are self-guided, no instructor needed.
- Practice mode, they act in real-time, but still with guidance available.
- Test mode, pilots test themselves in real-time to ensure competence.
- Variations force pilots down decision trees they otherwise don’t get to practice.
We run on the pilot’s existing iPads and/or low-cost Virtual Reality headsets to help pilots master your airline’s procedures, including muscle memory. In VR, we run independently without needing to be tethered to a computer. They practice making decisions and acting before going into full-motion simulators. Repetition is key!
