Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Skyborne Airline Academy

Ian is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Skyborne Airline Academy with 26 years of experience in aviation. He completed an ab-initio training course at FlightSafety Academy in Vero Beach in 1997 and then went on to have a successful airline pilot career which was cut short due to medical retirement. For the past 15 years Ian has successfully managed ATO’s around the world, including developing and implementing several MPL training programmes in differing regulatory environments. Ian is also an active TRI/TRE on the A320 and is currently based in the UK where the Skyborne Global HQ is located.
