How to Eliminate Manual Handling Injuries
Davy Snowdon MBE shares his personal journey of how he went from representing Team GB as Expert Strength, Conditioning and Power Coach across all sports at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996 to launching Pristine Condition and forever revolutionising manual handling in industry.
By introducing scientifically proven Olympic weightlifting principles to industry, Davy’s techniques have greatly reduced the risk of injury to staff, both at work and at home – an endeavour that saw him recognised in 2014 as part of the Queen’s Birthday Honours for his contribution to health and safety awareness and training in industry.
